One and Two Hour Trail Rides (Gardiner)
Meet your wrangler at the Chico Resort coral and saddle up for a high-mountain adventure. You’ll ride through pine forest and mountain meadows as you venture into the Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness. Our horses are gentle and accustomed to mountain terrain so you can sit tall in the saddle with confidence as you take in the jaw-dropping beauty of Montana. Note: Horseback riding requires children to be at least 6 years old. Weight limit for adults is 225 and under. Book it!

Cowboy Cookouts (Gardiner)
Add in a cowboy cookout for an evening dinner after your ride. This is a perfect way to relax after time in the saddle. You’ll be able to kick back, enjoy the breathtaking Montana scenery while our cowboy guides prepare an unforgettable western meal around the campfire. Book it!

Half and Full Day Trail Rides (Gardiner)
Need a little more time in the saddle to soak up the jaw-dropping scenery? If you feel that two hours is just not enough time or scenery then the half day or full day ride will be more for you. These horse rides will start in the Gallatin National Forest but reach into the Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness area. The scenery is Brilliant! Note: Horseback riding requires children to be 6 yrs. and up Weight must be 225 and under. Book it!
Duration: 4-7 hours total
Departure times: 8:30am and 12:30 pm. Arrive in Gardiner half hour before departure.
Cost: Half day, $90, full day, $185 (includes lunch)
Pack Trips – Multi-Day (Gardiner)
If you are interested in camping, fishing, or photography in the Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness, then we have just the Montana horse trip for you. The beginning of your trip is a four to six hour horse back ride into camp with your gear packed in on mules. Come as long as you want and customize your own trip with wall tents or backpacker tents. Choose between day rides or fishing in lakes and creeks. We pride ourselves in quality trips for you, your family, or friends.
