Chico Resort Half Day Trips: (Yankee Jim Canyon)
We’ll depart from our Chico Hot Springs office in the heart of Paradise Valley and head toward Yellowstone National Park for your river launch. You’ll experience Yankee Jim Canyon and legendary rapids like “Box Car” and “Yankees Revenge.” After an exhilarating whitewater romp relax as we drive you back to Chico Hot Springs Resort to conclude the trip. Gardiner Half Day Trips: (Yellowstone Park)
Meet at our central office in the town of Gardiner, Montana, suit up and head out — the put-in on the Yellowstone River is just a few steps from our office. We’ll immediately get into fun whitewater as we rush down the river overlooking Yellowstone national Park. This section of the Yellowstone River is known for mighty waves such as “Sleeping Giant” and “California Curler.” The trip will conclude with a bus ride back to our Gardiner office. Book it!

Full Day Whitewater Trips
(Gardiner only):
Extend the fun with a full day on the river! We’ll launch in Gardiner at the edge of Yellowstone National park and head toward the thundering waters of Yankee Jim Canyon. You’ll be ale to relax and soak up the stunning scenery in between whitewater sections. Highlights include electric Peak, Devils Slide and the thermal wonders of La Duke Hot springs.
Riverside Lunch: Half-way through this epic whitewater adventure, we’ll stop to enjoy a sack lunch on the edge of the Yellowstone. Once rested and refueled, we’ll blaze down the river to the narrows of Yankee Jim Canyon. You’ll hit bomber rapids such as “Box Car” and “Yankees Revenge” and take in the magnificent rock formations that form the walls of the canyon. The trip will conclude with a bus ride back to our Gardiner office. Book it!
